Shipping policy


All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business Days. All the packages usually get delivered within 10 days of placing the order.

  • India Post 

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by The NailzStation. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of The NailzStation, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete/partial refund.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that it takes 12 to 24 hours to reflect the shipping information in the corresponding Tracking Website.

Shipping Rates

A Flat rate of ₹80 is charged for the shipping of your order, but FREE SHIPPING is also available on Orders above ₹699 . Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the total cost of the order will be.


If an order returns to our store due to any reason, It will be resent to you after you make the payment for return shipment and the next forward shipment. You have 7 days to claim your undelivered parcel, after 7 days we won't be responsible and there will be no refund.
